This photo was taken near Jordan Pond in Acadia National Park. The Carriage bridges are a relic from the Rockefeller days when carriages would traverse the land using these back gravel and dirt roads.
A serene stone bridge arches over a gentle stream surrounded by lush greenery. Dense forest and rocky terrain add to the natural beauty of the peaceful scene.
